Our nonprofit switched to QB online 1/1/24. We track by classes with manual updating of activity to equity accts. Was it set up wrong? (Before me!)
Our classes are our “funds” - building, operating, miscellaneous. They have ongoing balances, but those were entered as opening balances in corresponding equity accts. There is no automatic updating to the equity accts from the class activity - it’s always been done manually at year end. How do I get a real time update of the balance of each of our funds?
