I am running a report to pay my sales reps. I have the reps listed as different classes (heard that is the only way to handle reps?)

As I run the report, I dont see a way to do smart page breaks the way desktop did.

Thanks in advance!

Let me guide you in generating your desired report, need memory.

Printing your desired reports using the Smart page breaks option in QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on the report you're trying to pull up. This option is currently unavailable for all reports.

However, if you want to adjust the page breaks, you'll have to tick the Smart page breaks checkbox to widen the format further. Refer to the options below:

  • Insert row break after dropdown is when you select where you wanted to put page breaks.
  • Fit columns to dropdown is how many columns you want to fit on each page.
  • Display headers on all pages is to put the same header on each report's page.
