I'll give steps where you can make the Fit report to page(s) wide option as default when you print your reports.
Here's how:
- In your QuickBooks Desktop program, go to File > Printer Setup.
- Go to the Page Breaks section and make sure that you mark the Fit report to page(s) wide box.
- Click the OK button.
