I need to pull a transaction report for a Partner draw that includes two bank accounts. So far I can only include one bank

I know a report where you can see the transactions of your two bank accounts, AngelND.

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can generate a report called Transaction Detail by Account and personalize it by specifying the bank account you want to include. You can also modify other details to suit your specific requirements.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu, click Accountant & Taxes, then choose Transaction Detail by Account.
  2. Press the Customize Report.
  3. Within the Display tab, go to the Columns search bar.
  4. Type Account, then tick the result.
  5. From the Filters tab, click Account.
  6. Press the Account dropdown, then choose the Multiple accounts.
  7. Tick the accounts you want to include, then click OK.
  8. From the Include split detail section, select Yes.
  9. Once done, press OK.

If you want to use your report outside QuickBooks, you can also export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Desktop.

The comment section is always open for any inquiries regarding reports. I'm still here to help you in any way I can.
