Payee in the Bank Ledger is missing when using "Banking --> Make Deposit"

Hi

 

When you enter Deposit under "Banking --> Make Deposit", the Payee doesn't show up under "Company --> Chart Of Account --> Banking" (The green ledger). 

 

Should QB fix the bug so that Payee name will show up under "Company --> Chart Of Account --> Banking" (The green ledger)?

 

I don't like the green ledger, but the client likes the green ledger.

This is normal. Names appear on each detail row of the deposit, the line items together making up the whole deposit amount. Except for the case where there is only one detail line, it doesn't really make sense to copy the customer name to the bank account row of the deposit.

I wish they just had it show up in the ledger so I don't have to do double work. Please see the attachment.
