There are several ways to make the payment options visible. Allow me to share further details and provide steps to resolve this one, tantolin1.

Are the payment options missing from invoices when using the QBO mobile app? Let me know in the comment below so I can provide accurate information. You can also provide a screenshot. Just make sure to cover all important details.

While waiting for your response, if you mean that the Customer payment options section (see sample screenshot below) isn't visible when creating an invoice using the web browser, you can follow these steps.

  1. Use an incognito window.
    Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
    Safari: Command Option P
  2. If payment options are now showing in the private browser, switch to your regular browser and clear the cache to optimize QuickBooks performance.
  3. Use other supported browsers.

Additionally, you can accept payment for invoices by activating a QuickBooks Payment account. Then, enable online card or bank transfer options for your customers. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Payments tab in the left menu and click Activate Payments.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
  4. Turn on the payment methods.
