Greetings all, and happy new year.

 

I need to download my QB payroll to Excel, with all data in separate Excel cells (First Name, Middle, Last, etc--) each in a separate cell. I know how to download the data, but it downloads with the full name in one cell.  Any ideas on how to do that?

Happy New Year to you too, @kbsf2. 

 

When we export payroll data to an Excel file in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), customizing the details to fit in different cells isn't available. We may need to modify them, in the Excel file itself.
