How do I create a payroll journal with quarterly totals for each employee and company-wide quarterly totals?

Welcome to the Community, @JulieH_QCE. I've got the steps for you on running a payroll report that shows your employee's quarterly total and company-wide quarterly total.

 

  1. In the top menu bar select Reports.
  2. Click Employees & Payroll, then choose Employee Earning Summary.
  3. Choose the report period in the Dates dropdown.
  4. Hit Refresh if you made changes for it to reflect.

 

Additionally, you can also customize your reports to add your personal touch.
