Payroll reports export separately instead of one report

When running payroll the screen looks different which I can live with.  I like the comparison feature but I liked it when I could choose to open the check and look it over.  Is there still a way to do that?

Next, once payroll is run I download the paystubs.  Once this occurs I also have the option to export reports.  There used to be one spreadsheet that was created with separate tabs.  Now, all reports are exporting separately and I have to go back and create one spreadsheet.  Is there an option to export all into one sheet?  This just seems a bit inefficient and it was nice to have everything in one workbook.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Hey there, @Lisa2112

I'm glad you came back to the QuickBooks Community with a new question.

To clarify, did you switch in between the Accountant and Business View? If so, switch back to the other to see if this fixes the problem. If you're unsure, try using the different view. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. All the way at the bottom of the pop up, click the option that it gives you. (Accountant or Business)

For more details, check out this link: Switch between Business and Accountant view in QBO

In the end, if you're still running into trouble, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. I'll be waiting for your response!

Thank you, you may have answered my question but I didn't realize that I had switched over in the first place.  The tell will be the next payroll run.  Thank You.
