This is not customer service. I am furious, Intuit doesn't mind taking my money, but they don't want to provide any assistance when you need him. I guess wants they have your money coming we can all go straight to hell.
I go through this with you every so often. I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. Logging in to my account does not work. All the information for my credit card listed on the account is accurate. It will not accept the information. My QuickBooks subscription never has any issues, same exact card, same exact info. I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON TO GET THIS RESOLVED. I find it most aggravating to spend hundreds of dollars a year and Intuit makes it impossible to reach a live person. They call this customer service. It is unacceptable, I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE WITH MY PAYROLL SUBSCRIPTION. DID I MENTION I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON.
