Question

Please help! My phone app is not allowing me to upload receipts. I take the picture, and it keeps saying uploading photo but never does. It constantly loads...

I have uninstalled the app and it still won't allow me to upload receipts / invoices for bill pay. I have also cleared all the cache.

Since you've tried clearing the application's data and uninstalling/reinstalling your app, but you're still unable to upload receipts, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

 

They can be reached while you're signed in.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Use the Help (?) icon.


     
  2. Click Contact Us.


     
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.


     
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

 

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

 

As a workaround, you can upload receipts from your computer or Google Drive:
 

  1. Sign in to the account.
  2. In your left navigation bar, go to Transactions, then Receipts.
  3. Select Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive. You'll want to be aware that each image/file should only contain a single receipt.
