Please leave our invoice in old format, we and our customers do not like the new format, yet it keeps coming up with no other option.

They won't "leave it" the way you, or the rest of us want.  It's ALL about the stupidity of Intuit/ QB "engineers" and what they want.  

Someone will be along shortly, I'm sure, to suggest leaving feedback.  I'm here now to let you know that even leaving feedback is a complete waist of time.  No one listens.
