I understand the importance of having a smooth experience when managing your invoices, youranklocal. I'm here to help you resolve this issue. 

 

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation of being unable to proceed from the preview screen when trying to send the invoice. As a workaround, you can export the invoice as a PDF to preview it. 

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates on the investigation's status and be notified once it's been resolved.

 

 I've included the steps to contact support below. 

 

  1. Go to your QBSE account, then tap the + button and select Ask QB Assitant.
  2. Enter “talk to a human” and click on Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect with us.
  • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
  • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.
  • Ask the Community - You can submit your question to the QuickBooks community or look at replies from experts and other customers.
