Print Chart of Accounts

I have QB Pro 2020 and want to print a simple Chart of Accounts.  There does NOT seem to be a simple way to do this.  Help please!

Printing a chart of accounts in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is easy peasy. I'd be happy to guide you through the steps.

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
  2. Go to the List menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
  3. From the Account drop-down, select Print List.
  4. Review the print settings.
  5. Click Print.

I hadn't noticed the little drop down box "Activities" at the bottom. So accustomed to the selections at the top of the program.  I was successful and I thank you very much as it really was a simple process.
