Question

printing journal entries

I inputted a journal entry. I am trying to print it. However, when I pull up the journal entry and then access the transaction journal, the report is empty. If I refresh the report, I can see the journal entry. However when I try to print it, it is blank. It has been almost 30 minutes since I entered the journal entry so it is not a lag issue. I have noticed that I need to give it about 10 minutes to be able to print the journal entry, but this is 3 times longer than that.

I have tried an incognito browser and I have already been printing other items earlier today in my normal browser and had no issues.
