When printing reconciliation reports, the printing runs off left and right side of page. How do I fix?

Hi there, Bill. Let's resolve your printing concern together.

QuickBooks Online allows users to generate reconciliation reports, which summarize beginning and ending balances and the transactions you cleared and uncleared at the time of reconciliation. You can view, print, and export these reports as a reference for future reconciliations.

When printing the reports, adjusting your printer settings is essential to ensure all information from your reconciliation reports fits into the page. I recommend double-checking the set paper size and margins when printing the reports. You can also check for any other settings that might need to be adjusted depending on your devices.

Once you've verified you've configured the settings, print a reconciliation report again. This time, the whole report should fit into the page.
