Products & services batch import not available in invoice

We've successfully imported over 147 Products and Services items that include the correct accounts type, taxable (YES), and price. After the import the items show up in the P&S section but they are not available for us to use when inside an invoice.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate why you're unable to use the imported items.

 

To begin with, let's log into your account and send the invoice in an incognito window. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Control Option P

 

If it works, you can browse regularly and clear its cache. Piled browsing history can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

You can also opt to use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
