The account assigned to the liquor item might be different, dbackpro.
Let's go check the information and update it if necessary.
Here's how:
- Go to Lists > Item List.
- In the Look for field, type the item name, and click Search.
- Double-click on the item to check the account from the drop-down list. If it's not categorized as income, you can update it.
- Click OK.

Once done, run the Profit and Loss report to see if the figures are updated. If not, then you can run a Sales by Customer Detail report and filter it to only show the liquor item.
Here's how:
- Click Reports located at the top.
- Highlight Sales, and select Sales by Customer Detail.
- Click the Customized Report button located in the upper left and select the Filter tab.
- Type Item from the Filter field, and select Item from the box.
- From the Item drop-down, select Liquor.
- Click OK.
Then, open the transactions and toggle the item to a different one and then back to liquor. Run the Profit and Loss after.
Please let me know how it goes. I'm here to help you some more. Thanks.
