Profit and Loss templates

Hello! I am looking for a Profit and Loss template for a mechanical contracting company. I would like to have the payroll portion more streamlined. We use an outside provider for payroll. Where online can I go to look at sample P&L reports? Please do not mention to ask our accountant. We already have one.

I recommend using the customization settings on the Profit and Loss report to see if this will bring forth your requests.

Thanks for the quick response, Candice! I should have been more specific, I'm sorry. I am actually looking for a sample Profit and loss report of someone else's business or fake report - a template. That way, I can have an example to edit our QuickBooks Online P & L report to appear more streamlined. Right now, our profit & loss report (mainly the payroll portion) is very all over the place. Just wanted to see an example of someone else's business's Profit and Loss report to get some type of an idea of how we can make our better. Thanks in advance!
