We can run a report to pull consolidated data for all sub-customers under a specific customer, @bmaldojr. Let me share further details and walk you through the process.

Before running a report, may I ask what type of data you want to gather (such as financial transactions, sales summaries, contact details, etc.)? Knowing these can help me guide you more precisely and ensure I provide you with the most accurate and relevant information.

In the meantime, we can run a Transaction List by Customer or Sales by Customer Detail. This report will give us a broad overview of all transactions associated with each customer, including sub-customers.

Allow me to guide you through running this report using the modern view:

  1. Navigate to the Reports, located in the left panel.
  2. In the Search bar, enter Transaction List by Customer or Sales by Customer Detail.
  3. Click the Report Period drop-down, then select a date based on your preference.
  4. Hover to the Columns, then check any information you want to add to your report.
  5. Go to Filters, then select Customer in the first drop-down.
  6. In the following field, select the Equals.
  7. Lastly, tick the check box for each Customer you want to add to your report.

I've added this screenshot for your visual reference:

If you're using the classic view, please refer to this article to learn how to customize your report: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you might want to memorize this report to save its current settings and filters for future use.

Compiling data across sub-customers should provide you with deeper insights and help manage relationships and transactions more effectively. If you have specific formats or data fields in mind, please let me know, and I can assist further in setting up your reports to meet these requirements.
