In the new layout of invoices, you can view all the billable items created in the suggestion column, JillC123. Let me guide you with this.

Once you create a billable expense for your customer's invoice, the suggested transactions will pop up. Then, click the add button to include in the transaction.

  1. Select + New.
  2. Click Invoice.
  3. In the Customer ▼ dropdown menu, select the customer you created a billable expense for. This opens the Add to Invoice window.
  4. Select Add on the billable expense you want to charge to your customer.
  5. Choose Save and Close.

Once added, a chain icon will show in the invoice transaction. Also, to view all the created billable items in the new invoice layout, you'll have to click the Suggestions column and click suggested transactions. This will show all the transactions that can be added to invoices.
