QB continues to disconnect my bank accounts and makes it impossible to fix anyone experiencing this and have any thoughts? QB customer service sucks and are clueless

Have you experienced any error codes or messages when attempting to connect your bank account to the application? Additionally, which bank are you using? This information will help me determine if there are any known issues with connecting to the specific financial institution.

 

One possible solution to the problem is to check your bank's website for any updates, messages, or notifications that may be causing the issue. Banks often make changes or updates to their online banking systems that can affect the connection to QBO. By checking your bank's website, you can stay up-to-date with any changes and take the necessary steps to resolve them.

 

If none, we can log in to a private window. This resolve pinpoints the cache that frequently results in strange behavior from browsers. To open an incognito window, you can follow these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

 

Once connected, you can start clearing your cache but please take note to only clear the cache, not the cookies.
