Customer made ACH pymt 4/29.  I can see the payment in the customer record, but it does not show up in my bank register.  The QB fee does show up.  I’m reconciling the bank statement and need to fix this. Thanks for any help.

I'm here to help you find the deposit transaction for your reconciliation process, DBF176

When linking the deposit to your ACH payment in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it's best to ensure that we've received and processed the payment first, which should reflect on the customer's record. Since you've indicated that the payment is visible in the customer's profile, let's verify if the Deposit to field is accurate.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Customers & Leads menu and choose the Customers option.
  2. Find and select the name of your customer.
  3. Ensure you're in the Transaction List tab within the customer's profile.
  4. Locate the Payment transaction, then click View/Edit.
  5. From the Deposit To field, ensure you select the correct account.
  6. Click Save and Close.

To gain a comprehensive overview of your deposits and pinpoint their locations, you can consider running a Deposit Detail report and customizing it in either Modern or Classic View.

Please let me know if you have additional questions regarding deposits, DBF176. We're still here to help you.
