Qb online. can i use a different bank instead of green dot?and how long does it take for the deposits from invoices to get to my acct?

Yes, you can use any bank you want. 

Deposits of credit card charges should take about two business days.

As I know QB Payment only works with GreenDot. You need to use a 3rd party payment processor to use your own bank.

I didn't know that. When I used Intuit's merchant service, the money could be deposited into any bank account I wanted. Which is standard and normal for most every merchant service.
