Are you using the Online Bill Pay service of QuickBooks? You may view unsuccessful payments through your QuickBooks Online account.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Gear icon and then Accounts and settings.
- Select Bill Pay.
- Choose Unsuccessful Payment History.
- Select each of the following for more details.
- Uncashed Checks
- Returned Checks (returned by US USPS)
- Failed ePayments (returned by vendor's bank)
I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support team. They can trace the bill payment and provide information about it and when it will be redeposited.
Here's how:
- Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
- Select Talk to a Human.
- Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
- Click I still need a human.
- Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
- Choose Get a callback.

If you're using Bill.com, you can get in touch with them using these instructions:
- Head to this link: Bill.com. This opens the QuickBooks Apps store.
- Go to the Contact section.

- Use the support link or email address to reach them.
