QB Online Plus 1099 Transaction Detail Rpt

We don't do payroll send our handfull of 1099 contractor info to accountant after downloading from QB.  Address is not one of the available fields on the 1099 Transaction Rpt.  How do I get this info out of Online without having to update my excel spreadsheet manually????

The address field for this report is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since you would like to avoid updating your Excel spreadsheet manually with data from QBO, I recommend submitting your recommendation about including the address field on your 1099 report to our product engineering team. Here's how:

 

  1. Tap the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Enter your product suggestions in the designated field.
  3. Click Next to submit.

Another option, you should explore using Melio to sync with QBO and pay your 1099 contractors and get the cashback. Getting a W-9 form from your independent contractors and freelancers is simple and hassle-free with Melio. Send an electronic form for them to fill out online. Alternatively, If you already have the contractor’s complete form, you can add it to your account. All within your Melio dashboard and you will be able to generate that report easily.
