QBO Accountant - how to create a customized client list?

We do the books for about forty businesses managed through our QBO Accountant account. Our CPA is requesting a client list that shows what version of QBO is being used by each. For example, QBO Plus vs. Essentials and who has a Payroll module.

I tried creating a custom report, but the clients' QBO versions isn't an option. Am I missing something? Has anyone created this kind of client list? I can manually spreadsheet a list, but I shouldn't have to since the info is all there in QBO.

I can certainly understand how a report showing each client and their subscription plans could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Select Next.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.

As a workaround, you can export the report you're working with and customize it further outside of QuickBooks.

You can also consider viewing clients from your ProAdvisor clients list:

  1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Billing and subscriptions.
  2. Access your Your subscriptions tab.
  3. Review the ProAdvisor clients section.

I've also included a few detailed resources about using QuickBooks which may come in handy moving forward:

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a wonderful Friday!

Thank you @rvrfrf for your response. I'll also send in this report request via Feedback.

I also took a look at our client list through Billings & Subscriptions / Your Subscriptions / ProAdvisor Clients as you mentioned, which gives a nice view of the the information I'm looking for. Unfortunately, there is not an option to print this list.

So at this point, I'm downloading into Excel and customizing the report.

Thank you for your time in sharing this info.
