QBO: Automate custom report or 3rd party app

To pull up your custom ledger report from QBO and link it to PowerBI, I recommend integrating PowerBI with your QBO account. To help you with this, find the app you want to sync into your QuickBooks account. Let me show you how:

1. In your QuickBooks, choose Apps in the left menu.
2. Go to the Find apps tab.
3. To check out the app, enter the app's name in the search bar or select the Browse category dropdown menu.

If done, you can now install the app. Follow the steps below as reference:

1. Once you find the app, click its tile to see the details.
2. To sign up, choose Get App Now.
3. Select Install.
4. Permit QuickBooks to share your data with the selected app.
5. Select any sync preferences, then hit Save & Sync.
