QBO Online Reports

I am trying to export a Report out of one QBO books into another QBO books.

Is this possible?

I have 3 QBO books and I need the report in one QBO to be in another. It is quite an intense report so I really do not want to recreate it. With the New version of the reports it is hard to go back to the old reports.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi there, @SMCall2021. I'll share details about the information you can export and import in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

QuickBooks has a comprehensive way of exporting reports in the application. However, please know that we're unable to import it and the only data we can move into your online company file are the following:

 

  • Bank Data
  • Customers
  • Vendors
  • Chart of Accounts
  • Products and Services
  • Invoices

 

Furthermore, I recommend recreating this to your other company file to keep a record of it for all your companies. In line with that, I will share you with these resources that will guide you in running a report and customizing it using the modern view:
