I noticed the availability of a report in QBO Plus named "Total Deposits and Payments (Beta)" .  I am operating in QBO Plus Accountant Version and I do not have it.  How do I get it?

I'm here to provide a few information about reports that are still in beta testing, Rozmore13.

Beta testing is an opportunity for real users to use a product to uncover any bugs or issues before a general release. This also helps minimize product failure risks and provides increased quality through customer validation which isn't guaranteed to be implemented.

Due to the unavailability of the report, the testing may not be successful which is why it is not available anymore in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus subscription or even on the Accountant Version. You'll want to run the Deposit Detail report. This will also show most likely the same information such as the transaction type, customer, and transaction.

Furthermore, there are many ways where you can filter specific information when running reports. Learn from this article for more details: Customize Reports In QuickBooks Online.

You can always get back to us if you need further assistance when running reports or anything with QuickBooks. We'll always be right here to help.
