It's great to have you here in the community, Mgarnerbhf. QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to export reports to Excel, including macro-enabled .xlsm files. However, the export process usually provides a standard .xlsx file. You can open this in Excel and save it as a .xlsm file to add new macros or keep the existing ones from your template.

To export a report from QuickBooks Online to a macro-enabled Excel file (.xlsm), follow these steps:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online and find the report you wish to export.

2. Click Export Data from the gear button, typically located at the top right corner of the report.

3. Select Export to Excel, which will download the report as a .xlsx file. And open the .xlsx File.

4. Find the downloaded .xlsx file on your computer and double-click it to open it in Excel. Save as .xlsm.

5. With the .xlsx file open in Excel, navigate to file then hit Save Asin the Save as type then dropdown menu, choose Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook (.xlsm).

6. Select your preferred location, name the file, and click Save.
