QBs Desktop - Profit & Loss Statement Setup

Hi,

Is there a way to setup the Profit & Loss Statement on QBs Desktop to show up like the image attached? I can't get the Profit & Loss Statement to show the % of Income columns for the Last Fiscal Year and Previous Year as shown on the attachment. The Current P&L Columns Setup below is the best I could do.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to see the Percentage of Income columns in the order you'd like in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

To view the Percentage of Income column beside of the date range, you may consider the Multiple Year Profit & Loss Report. Here's how to view this data:

 

1. Go to the Reports menu, then select Company & Financial > Profit & Loss Standard.
2. Select Customize Report.
3. Go to the Display tab:
   A.) Set the From and To date fields to the years you want to display on the report.
   B.) From the Display columns by ▼ dropdown, select Year.
4. Select OK.
