I'm happy to help you with that, Ebijacob. Let me offer some insight about generating a Budget to Actual Report in QuickBooks Advanced Reporting.

Advanced Reporting is a separate application that you need to download and install first as It is not a built-in feature within QuickBooks. If you already have it installed, you can select Specialized Services and then Customized Reporting to access it. Here, you can engage with QuickBooks Solution Providers (QSPs) who can offer you with tailored reports which can help your business meet its unique reporting requirements. However, please note that this service is available for a fee.

Alternatively, if you are looking to create a Budget to Actual report from the existing templates, you can follow these easy steps:

  1. Launch QuickBooks Enterprise and open Advanced Reporting.
  2. Choose Budgets and Forecasts from the menu.
  3. Select the Budget vs Actuals report template you want to use.
  4. Customize the report by choosing the time period and categories you want to include.
  5. Once the report has been generated, you can review and analyze the data.

Additionally, feel free to access these articles to get a wider picture about the topic:

Lastly, you can refer to this link to download other available templates that you can import into Advanced Reporting: Download starter reports that other businesses find useful.
