Question

Quickbooks Essentials was suspended due to insufficient funds in the account. The billing info page won't load. How do I resume the subscription?

It says "We couldn’t process your payment.
Make sure your billing info is up to date. Update billing info", when I click Update billing info, the screen says an error has occurred. How do I fix this?

I see you are encountering an error when trying to resume your subscription to QuickBooks Online. Allow me to share my thoughts regarding this matter to help you get through this.

Have you tried using a private browser? I suggest doing so. This way, you can identify if it is a browser-related issue. If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache, so the system can restart. This task is also possible in other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with clearing the stocked cache and cookies causing the issues.

However, if the problem persists, it is best to connect with our QuickBooks Online Support, as it may require assistance from our Customer Care Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and do a screen share to confirm the issue.
