QuickBooks Online delered the Sales by Product/Service Summary report. I use it for payroll. Is anyone using a different report with the same information?

The Sales by Product/Service Summary report is available in all QuickBooks Online's (QBO) subscription plans. If you're not seeing it in the Find report by name section, I suggest we perform some basic troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue. 

 

We can open your QBO account on an incognito window. You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If the private browsing session is successful, delete the browser's cache to restart the system. This can be done in other supported and up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will reset the system, allowing you to start with a clean slate. 

 

However, if you meant the customized Sales by Product/Service Summary report, it may be possible that you have deleted it. Nevertheless, we can still recreate it by following the same process.

 

Afterward, you can memorize the report to save the current customization for future use.
