Getting your scheduled reports on time is crucial because they help you keep track of your finances, @pcmore. Since you're not receiving them, I'll lend a hand in resolving this matter.

To fix this, I recommend checking your scheduled report's interval date. This will help us check and confirm the root cause of this situation. To check this, here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Reports, then Custom reports.
  3. Find the report, then click Edit under the Action column.
  4. Check the details from the Set Recurrence section.

Please check your spam folder if you've verified that the information is correct. Emails can sometimes get there by mistake because of filters. That's why, it's advisable to confirm whether these reports have been unintentionally moved to this folder.

If you have followed the steps above and still can't retrieve your these reports, I recommend contacting our support team. They have the right tools and knowledge to further investigate why you are unable to receive them.

Here is how to contact them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks company.
  2. Navigate to the (?) Help button.
  3. Please utilize the search field to enter your questions and look for helpful articles or:
    • Select Contact Us, then choose a topic to connect with an expert.
