QuickBooks said our W-2's were mailed January 12, 2024 but no one has received them yet. HELP!

Hello there, Linda. This isn't the service we want you to experience. Let me clarify when your employees receive the W-2s in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Mailing of W-2s to your employees’ home addresses starts January 16 through January 31. There's no need to worry and let's just wait for the W-2s to arrive. I appreciate your patience and understanding on this.

If the mail hasn't arrived within the timeframe stated, I encourage reaching out to our Customer Care team. They have the tools to check your account and provide an update about this.

To reach a live representative, here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
2. Click on the Help button at the top of the page.
3. Choose the Search tab, then click Contact us.
4. Type in your concern, and click Continue.
5. Under Callback, click Have us call you button. This will route you to enter your details.
6. After that, select Get a call.
7. You will now be added to the queue and wait for us to call you.
