Quickbooks Time - I cannot seem to get contractors to track time with integrated QBO even though I am following the instructions. How do I resolve this issue?

I have spent 20+ hours on with support to try to resolve issue, the standalone time maybe works but it won't sync with the QBO file then and so the invoicing advantage of timesheet of contractors isn't ideal and I am about ready to get rid of intuit for this purpose which this client has 3 different accounts and now the billing is all messed up too.
I have upgraded my payroll subscription as required and the contractors are added properly with phone numbers and all items in instruction but they do not show as possible team members.

I understand your effort to raise your concern in the QuickBooks Community. However, resolving this issue requires a visual assessment of your setup to identify the root cause. Therefore, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online team again for further investigation. They are better equipped to address this issue as they have access to additional tools on their end.
