Quickbooks withdrew fund from our account a month ago; yet our contractor has not got the check yet.

QBO withdrew fund from our account a month ago, yet our contractor has not received the check yet. Last Monday, Help Desk to me to wait a few days and promised they would call me on Wednesday. But no calls and contractor is still waiting for the check.
