Question

Re: QB InvoicingI noticed that the Attachments field does not actually get included in the invoice sent to the customer. Where are they able to view the attachment(s)?

All the other fields seems to work fine, making their way into the notification email body and/or the invoice itself.  Thank you for any help in clarifying this.

Your customer can view the attachments you've included in your invoices below the subject line of the email, @passingthru.

You'll have to tick the Attach to email check box once you've attached the file successfully. This will enable the file to appear in the email you've sent. To do so, here's how:

  1. Go to + New, then select Invoices.
  2. Add the necessary details.
  3. In the attachment field, drag or drop the files.
  4. Once done, tick the Attach to email checkbox.
