Recent invoices just completely disappeared how do i get them back?

If you're missing some invoices, don't worry. They might still be on your QuickBooks. Just take a moment to check all your invoices and make sure your filter is set to "All". This will help you find any missing invoices that might have accidentally gotten hidden.

And also we can do basic troubleshooting from your personal computer.

Sometimes, your browser can act up when you visit web pages too often or something gets damaged. If this happens, you might not be able to see those invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). To see if this is the issue, we can try logging in with a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use any of your saved data and can help us figure out if the browser is causing trouble.

Here's how:

For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N

For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P

For Safari browser: Command + Option + P
