Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @borderm3. I'm here to help.

By default, recent journal entries are available by clicking Journal Entry from the +New button and selecting the clock icon. Since they don't appear on your end, I suggest performing browser troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a cache-induced issue. First, let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through your browser's incognito mode.

For Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Opera:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + N

For Firefox:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + P

For Safari:

  • Shift + Command ⌘ + N

When this works, you may clear your browser's cache. Lastly, I suggest using a different browser if the recent journal entries still do not appear.

If this issue is resolved, let me add this guide on reversing journal entries if you need to correct entries in the future:  Reverse or delete a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.

Let us know if you have updates about the recent journal entries still not appearing on the recent journal entries section or page. Take care.

It happens on different computers and with incognito mode.  I will still try but the problem seems to be on server side.
