Reconciling an account is running very slow.

What used to be a very quick process, reconciling an account is now painfully slow. When you click on an item as cleared I get a spinning symbol before it checks the item.  This happens with EVERY item and is making reconciling an account with many items to clear a very tedious process.  Anyone else experiencing this problem or have a solution.  I am using the online version.

We've received reports about the latency when reconciling an account within the program. We suggest contacting our Live Support Team to be included in the list of affected users. We're unable to give an exact timeframe for resolving this issue. However, rest assured our engineers are doing their best to fix the problem. 

 

To contact support:

 

  1. On your QuickBooks Online, click on Help (?).
  2. Click either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to Human.
  3. Search Contact Us, then Start a chat with a support expert.
