Please take note that disconnecting and reconnecting your account will remove your categorized entries with receipts. In your case, you can get all your online bank transactions with receipts by contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) Support team. They have advanced tools that will enable them to pull up your QuickBooks account and restore your bank entries with receipts in a secure session.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help and then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern regarding getting transactions with receipts, and then hit Continue.
  3. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
