Recurring transactions with reminders no longer disappearing from the reminder and update to next date after using to create an invoice.

I've just been forced to use the new invoice templates after months of going back to the old ones because of bugs I found. Now I'm finding this same issue that other people have seen. If you don't skip the current date - you risk missing sending future invoices to customers and losing or delaying revenues. THIS IS A BIG ISSUE.

Has anyone received any good new on this?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), it's important to keep in mind that the interval specified for the start and end date of your template must be carefully reviewed.

 

However,  there might be a cache issue that's why it isn't working on your end. There are also times when the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources which causes some errors or unusual responses. With this, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix them.

 

Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser as it ignores websites from using cookies and doesn’t record any history and data. 

 

You can use either of these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

 

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

Once this works, it means you have to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different supported browser as an alternative.
