How can I get the remittance advice to list not only the invoices I've selected to pay, but the credits I'm using as well?

Currently, the option to process remittance advice in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is unavailable. I recommend sending direct feedback to our product engineers so they'll consider adding this feature in future updates.

 

Here's how to submit a feedback within QBDT:

 

  1. Go to the Help tab.
  2. Click Send Feedback Online and select Product Suggestion.
  3. A pop-up window displays, enter your feedback suggestions.
  4. Click Send Feedback to submit.

 

As a workaround, you can use a third-party template to process remittance advice and import it to QBDT, or manually download and edit it according to your preferences.
