Remove (US) United States defaul Abbreviation from address mailings

Thanks for visiting us here in the Community, @PCI_Admin_. We'll help you remove the US abbreviation in the address sections inside your invoices in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

To prevent the US abbreviation from showing up on your Bill To and Ship To field inside your customer transactions, know that you'll have to manually edit the Customer or Job's information in the Customer Center. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Desktop company.
2. Go to the Customers menu.
3. Select Customer Center, and then locate the Customer or Job.
4. Click the Pencil icon, and then go to the Address info tab.
5. In the Address Details section, remove US from both the Invoice/Bill To and Ship To section.
6. Once done, click the OK button.
