Removing portion of invoice template

As far as we understand, regardless of the requests over the years, quickbooks online hasn't implemented customization for packing slips.

 

Could you confirm that's still the case? 

(please don't send me le the link to provide feedback, I know where it is)

 

 

If it is, it seems the best workaround would be to make a custom invoice and use that as packing slip, however we don't seem to be able to remove the cost of the items from the template, so the entire third portion of the content. is there a way to achieve that?

I can see that your business has a definite need, Matteo_S. Let me address your concern about customizing invoices and utilizing them as packing slips.

 

It's a great suggestion to customize packing slips in QuickBooks Online to add specific information when shipping goods to your customers. Currently, this feature is still unavailable in the program.

 

I understand the ability to modify and make use of this feature, however, as we also configure sales templates, default information from the invoice form can't be removed.
