Report for sales on only certain items in your item list not the entire item list

Hello. We are trying to create or use a report that will allow us to select only certain inventory items not all. We are publishing company and pay royalties to our authors and would like to be able to pull a report for only those books not all of our inventory. We only need to see the quantity sold not the pricing. I went into the QuickReport but it only lets you select one item. I was wondering if there is a similar report we could generate or modify to only include the items we need and then memorize it for future sales. Thank you for your assistance.

Run QuickReport or Sales, such as Reports menu > Sales by Item Summary or Detail, or Sales by Customer Summary, Columns by Item Type or Item Detail.

 

Filter on item.

 

Scroll UP. You overlooked "Multiple Items." Now you get the Pop up to checkmark what applies.

 

Retitle this report, such as "Sales for J Jones Royalty" and memorize it. Update the Item Filter, retitle it for the Next Royalties, memorize it as New, not Replace. Memorize these all into a Group you named "Royalty reports." Now you double-click the Group, and they all run at once.
