I created a custom report and it works fine. I now want to duplicate that report with a minor change only. I have been unable to find where I can do this. I have to go back to reports and create an entirely new custom report. Can anyone help?

As we carefully check here on our system, the option you're trying to access isn't available. Yes, you're right. You'll have to manually go back to the Reports tab and access the same report to customize, add minor changes, and save it to have two different custom reports inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). We recommend sending a feature suggestion to our Product Development Team so they can evaluate your idea and consider it for future program updates. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.
